The theory in 7 parts

Read top to bottom. It builds on itself.

  1. 01 · The premise — you were born whole.

Nothing outside you is missing. No partner, drink, drug, follower count, or perfect routine is going to install a missing piece, because there is no missing piece. What feels empty is not proof you are broken — it is a body running an old .

  2. 02 · The — the gap that opens between who you are and who you're being.

is a three-step that sucks you out of yourself:

    • [G] — an inherited family pattern (a , a , a ) still running in the background.
    • [A] — the moment you drop your own , , or to keep someone or something else . You can in any of the four channels you self through — think, say, do, show — inside , spoken word, action, or the energy/appearance you .
    • [P] — the leftover gets aimed outward (, , ) or inward (, ). Both the Neither is "better."

The bigger the , the stronger the .

  3. 03 · The — what the body reaches for to cover the .

A is any outside substitute the body reaches for to quiet the for a second: people, food, substances, screens, drama, approval, shutdown, , fantasy. Fillers work fast. They do not close the — they only cover it. Every teaches the body the is bigger than you can hold, so the next comes louder.

  4. 04 · Two states + — body first, always.

= hot, sprinting, thoughts flying, can't sit still. = cold, , , can't move. = neither — no . Both and are real, workable states — not personality flaws. There is no wrong answer to the quiz. The rule is opposite medicine: → cool it down, → wake it up, → build. Use the wrong one and it gets worse — which is why the has to be named before any tool runs.

. Every and tool on this site belongs to one of two layers. = body-first moves — cold, breath, movement, sound, hold. They the body — cool a body or wake a one. = training the mind — frames, , chosen , ( → 68). Only sticks on a body. Order is not optional: first, train second. Try to think your way out of a or body and it falls apart. That's why the reorders around your and the is all — you have to earn before lands.

  5. 05 · Close the — the actual healing move.

The only thing that closes the is putting your own answer back in the space — in all four channels you self through (think, say, do, show). The move has three parts, always stated together: , , own . Every closed shrinks the next one. No person, app, or substance can do this move for you — this is a manual for you to work on you.

  6. 06 · The site is laid out around this .
    • — the three laws + the map. Read once.
    • — the full skill list, so you know what's here.
    • — every tool on one page with what / when / how, grouped by and tagged [] or [].
    • — your daily page. Quiz, tools, tracker. first, after you're .
    • — the emergency page when you're spiking. All by design.
    • — every numbered tool on demand. by / / .
    • — a lookup; tap any underlined word.
  7. 07 · Gym, not church.

You do not read a squat into your legs — you it. Same here. One , one , one , one — that is one set. sets, them, and the wiring changes through use. No amount of thinking about it counts as a . No bad day erases the reps you have already banked.

Welcome to The YOUnified Theory

Plain read: this is a hands-on manual for working on yourself. It borrows from proven emotion- skills, Eastern practice, and simple body science, and organizes them into short numbered steps you can actually run — one at a time — when you're , , or just want to feel more like yourself. It's theory built on proven laws — turned into tools you can run.

The site has eight sections. The steps below are the recommended order to explore them: (the big picture), (the skill list), (every tool with what / when / how), (your everyday page), (- upgrades), (the emergency page), and (every in one list). The is a lookup — you don't to read it, just tap any underlined word anywhere on the site and its definition opens.

The starting point · You already have what you

The body part // You came into the world with everything you to work — breath, attention, a that knows how to . Every big feeling burns off in about 90 seconds if you don't feed it. Nothing outside of you — no drink, phone, person, or purchase — can fix what feels empty, because nothing is actually broken. That empty feeling is your body running an old , not proof something is wrong with you.

The space part // Every part of your life — your day, your relationships, your head — is a container. Whatever space you don't hold with your own choices gets covered by a : a person, a , a screen, a substance. Change what you do, and you change what's in the space. That's not a metaphor — it's how it works.

Every counts // and can't sit still is a . and can't get up is also a — just as real, just as workable. "I don't care" and "I can't move" are not personality flaws — they're a body that hit the brakes to protect you. The quiz () reads which one you're in and the reorders around it. There is no wrong answer.

A manual for you, by you // No partner, parent, therapist, dealer, follower count, paycheck, drink, or perfect routine can fix you from the outside. They can help. They can witness. They can't do the work inside you. This site is a manual for you to work on you, because you're the only one with the keys. Close the space from the inside and the rest sorts itself out.

Treat it like a gym, not a church // You don't read a squat into your legs — you it. Same here. One (), one (), one (), one ( through ) — that's one set. sets, them on the daily tracker, and the wiring changes through use. No amount of thinking about it counts as a . And no bad day erases the reps you've already banked.

The payoff // The whole thing comes down to one line: the more you're actually you, the more the right things — people, work, — reach you. Every good thing is tuned to the real you, not the version you built to survive. Run as the stand-in and you keep getting mail addressed to someone you're not. Run as you and the right mail finds the right address.

// Read this once. It's the reason everything else on the site exists.

01

The · The main map

The big-picture map behind everything else. It covers the three simple laws (including the empty-space one), the two states ( vs. ), and a grid that shows exactly which tool matches which . Every cell in the grid is clickable and jumps to the exact tool. This is where you learn: bodies , bodies , and being real is structural — not a personality choice.

// bodies . bodies . Use the wrong one and it gets worse — so figure out which body you're in first.

02

The · The skill list

Six things to know before you start

The rules the whole site runs on

Body speed: vs.

Plain read: most of the time your body should feel . Sometimes it reaches for a (hot, sprinting, thoughts flying) or (cold, , shut down). Both are storms. Do not make decisions inside a .

The 90-second rule

Plain read: any feeling — , , , — burns off in about 90 seconds if you stop feeding it thoughts. The is a 90-second timer built around this. During the wave, only body moves (breath, cold, ). No decisions.

needs . needs .

Plain read: if the body is , calming tools (breath, cold, slow-down) help. If the body is , calming tools make it worse — you tools (light movement, , standing up, naming what you see) instead. Match the tool to the body.

A slow yes you mean beats a fast yes you don't

Plain read: saying yes just to keep the peace, avoid a , or a hit is a . A (or a ) is the every choice should pass through.

Opposite medicine ( → cool, → wake, → build)

Plain read: match the tool to the body. Cool tools (breath, cold, dim light, ) shrink a body. Wake tools (, sour/cold, sharp breaths, stand up and speak) lift a body. Use the wrong one and it gets worse — a body needs cooling, a body needs waking. Name the before running any tool.

Underlined words = definitions. Indigo -## = protocols.

Underlined words open a definition. Any indigo -## opens the exact step-by-step tool.
